Exchanges & Returns
Simply initiate a return within 5 days of receipt. Once approved we will be more than happy to issue a store credit less the shipping cost, upon receipt of the item. Monetary refunds are not offered.
All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and fragrant-free to be considered for a return.
We do not provide monetary refunds. Exchanges ONLY.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.
To initiate a return or exchange email hello@michelelopez.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and/or the item you would like to exchange.
Defective Merchandise
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at hello@michelelopez.com so we may address the issue.
We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it, or worn it. We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues as much as possible.
